This is a strictly ethical support service. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
1) Originality: All work submitted to KM Academic Success for editing or coaching must be your own original work.
2) No Ghostwriting: We do not write assignments, essays, or theses on behalf of students. We do not complete exams or online assessments for clients.
3) Educational Purpose: Any sample answers or study materials provided are for reference and inspiration only. You agree not to submit KM Academic Success materials as your own work to any educational institution.
4) Institutional Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that using an external editor or coach complies with your specific university’s policies.
Limitation of Liability & Grade Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence, KM Academic Success is a support service, not a grading body.
1) We provide expert opinions and guidance, but we do not guarantee specific grades or academic outcomes.
2) The final responsibility for the quality and content of any academic submission lies solely with the student
Payment and Refund Policy
1) Fees for services are agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.
2) Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of academic coaching and editing, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered.
Termination of Service
KM Academic Success reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if we suspect a client intends to use our support for academic dishonesty or if the request violates our Ethical Standards.
